Adding Teams (Organizations) To Queues
Overview
You can control who has access to queues at an organisation level. When you add an organisation to a queue, all users that belong to that organisation will have access to that queue. Check

Add New Organisation To A Queue
To add a new organisation to an existing queue.
1) Click into the queue you want to change
2) Under Assign Organization Access click and select the organisation you want to access that queue.
3) In Assign Agent Teams, select the roles from the organizations you have selected and to which the assignment rules will apply
