If you have successfully uploaded a campaign (the campaign bar has turned green) but messages aren't being received then there are a few things you should check.
Run the Data Export and check if any of the fields are showing an error.
* Check the channelid is in the correct format e.g. if it is a UK mobile number it should be in the following format 447776132660
* Check the field that you uploaded the channelid to is named the same as the field you set in the Bot Sent To field.
* Ensure that any dynamic data you have used within your bot has been uploaded into the correct field during the data import.
