Campaign not running

Campaign not running

If you have uploaded a file but your campaign isn't running i.e. the campaign bar isn't turning green then here are a few pointers for you to check.

Check that your file is named correctly.  This needs to be identical to the name that was used on the sample file during the campaign creation process.

Ensure that you don't have duplicate filenames.  Filenames need to be unique, if you have campaigns created with the same filename the file won't be processed.
