Dashboard Filtering

Quick Trick: To apply filters to your dashboards, select the dashboard you want and then add the filter.

Adding filters to your dashboards enables you to view performance of specific Organisations (Teams) or Users (Agents).

To add a filter to a dashboard, click into your dashboards.  

Step 1 

Select any of the available dashboards, click the Filter

Step 2

If you haven't got any filters created click "Create one".

Step 3

Configure the filter you want and click Apply.  

To filter by Organisation name, select Team, then select the Organisation you want to see.
