Dashboards in Webio - Standard and Create

Dashboards


Webio offers two options for dashboards.  Standard dashboards allow users to see conversation activity, Create dashboards allow users to build their own visuals.  To activate dashboards on your account contact support@webio.com.

Quick Trick: Click onto Dashboards, click between Daily and Weekly Data or use Create Mode to create your own visuals.

Standard dashboards

When you click into the Dashboards, it will load the Daily Data.  This displays today's information.  You can switch to your Weekly view by clicking  button to display the last 7 days of activity.  There are 2 types of visuals on the dashboard, those that load data in each time the page is refreshed and those that are "spiced" data, which means they refresh each hour. 


Active Conversations - Today/This Week

Active conversations includes all open conversations that something has happened on today, this can be messages in or out or actions such as setting a status or moving to a different queue.  Conversations that only have bot activity (either from a campaign or from an agent sending a botlet) are not included in this.  The conversations are grouped by the name of the user that is assigned to the conversation, if no user is assigned then they will show as unassigned. 

Unanswered Conversations - Today/This Week

From the active conversations described above, this visual shows the number of conversations that have had the last response from the customer.  These conversations haven't been answered by an agent.  These are grouped by the name of the user they are assigned to.  Unassigned conversations do not appear in this visual.

Messages Sent Today/This Week



A conversation can contain multiple messages.  This visual shows how many messages have been sent by the user.  Those shown as "agent" are sent either by free typing or selecting a smart phrase on the conversation screen.  The "automated" messages are both the messages sent by campaigns and the botlets selected by the user.  Bot messages sent as part of a campaign are counted by the user that created the campaign. 

Unanswered Messages Received By Queue 



This visual shows messages received into a queue that remain unanswered and are open.  Please note that if a conversation is moved into a different queue it will no longer be counted unless a new message is received.   

Statuses 



Spiced (updated hourly) - Conversations that have had a status set against them and what that status was.  The default status within Webio is ongoing. 

Closed Conversations




Spiced (updated hourly) - the visual shows the conversations that have been closed and which user closed them by username.  It doesn't show the user that was assigned when the conversation was closed, but shows who actually closed the conversation.  

Daily Loaded Volumes



As soon as you import data into the system to run on an outbound campaign it will appear in this visual.  Along with the Campaign Name and Schedule Name, you will be able to see how many conversations have been scheduled, how many are yet to be sent and how many have already been sent.  

Create dashboards

Sometimes you want your own view on the world.  Create dashboards empowers you to use the datasets available to create visuals so you can monitor performance.   Webio dashboards are powered by Amazon Quicksight, for details see here.  

Webio provides datasets for you to create your analyses from.  Select the dataset you want to build visuals from those available. 




Choose the fields for your visual and the visual type you want.   Edit the field wells to show the data type you require, add in filters and customise the formatting. 



Publish your dashboard so you can access it in the Dashboard section of your Create Dashboard.



Did you know that by clicking the + you can add in additional visuals to your dashboard.
