Overview
Whenever you make changes to a bot used by a campaign and want its latest changes to take effect on the campaign, or whenever you want to change the settings of an existing campaign (such as the timing of importing campaign files or the details of the campaign's outbound times), or when you create new field names or edit existing ones on your campaign file, You'll need to edit the campaign.
How to edit a campaign
To edit a campaign, go to the Campaigns screen and find the campaign you want to edit. (If you don't see the campaign you're looking for, use the search bar at the top of the screen and type the name of the campaign to find it)
Click the EDIT button to edit the campaign.
You can now apply the changes that you want to your campaign. You'll need to review each campaign setup page and reconfigure its details where needed.
When you edit a campaign, you don't need to re-upload the campaign file unless you've created new field names or changed existing ones.
Don't forget to click SCHEDULE (On the last configuration page) to save the changes you've made.
If you want just to check the details of the campaign, you can click on the arrow and access campaign details.
From here you can also drop the campaign file to activate it (This must be done during the correct import times.)
