How to stop an ongoing campaign
Overview
The Campaigns Stop feature allows you to suspend the ongoing schedules from executing what was initially scheduled and put in place.
How to STOP all the campaigns?
To stop all campaigns and their schedules, click the STOP button when you're on the Campaigns screen.
Remember that this is an irreversible action and cannot be undone
How to stop just one schedule?
This feature is not available on the old user interface.
If you want to pause a specific schedule, find the campaign (Use the search bar if necessary) that is running the schedule you want to pause, then click the PAUSE button.
This will pause the ongoing planning. If the end time of the outbound schedule has not yet expired, you can click the RESUME button to restart the schedule from where it stopped.
