Typeform Conversations - Reopen on submission

When a Conversational Form is submitted to a conversation that has already been closed, the conversation will now reopen.

Using the Webio integration with Typeform, you can add the power of conversational forms to your automated and agent conversations.

Following the initial release we received feedback that users really wanted conversations to be reopened once a Typeform response was received.   This was approved for development and has now been released. 

When a Typeform response is submitted as part of a Webio conversation, the system will check to see if the conversation has been closed and if it has, it will reopen it.

If you have this as part of an ongoing bot, the bot will still continue through the steps as usual.
