Self-Service Studio - Overview

 


 

Self-Service Studio it's a portal that empowers your customer to make payments, set up arrangements or make a promise to pay. 

Organizations can generate campaigns files, that contain unique urls, that when clicked by customers in their SMS, Messaging or eMail, will bring them to a personalised portal where they can manage their financial situation.

It provides the seamless way for Organizations and Customers to orchestrate financial reconciliation.

Organizations can access Self-Service Studio using any Webio account that has been given access. 

  • Upload new customers' datasets and update existing ones.
  • Segment the dataset and generate campaign files containing:
    • Customers’ IDs
    • Names
    • Phone numbers
    • Self-Service Studio personal area access unique URLs
  • Send the campaign files through Webio.com
  • Review customer’s transaction histories, promises to pay and payment plans requests.
  • Customise the portal appearance and the payment gateway settings.
  • Build forms using Webio's Forms  (Feature yet to be released)

Customers can access their Self-Service Studio personal area through their unique URLs and the ID&V process.

From there they can:

  • Review their accounts balance, incoming payments and transactions history.
  • Perform payments.
  • Make promises to pay.
  • Choose between three possible payment plans.
