Self-Service Studio - Generate Campaign File

Overview

The Generate Campaign screen l lets you segment your whole customers dataset and generate a customer targeted campaign file based on the range of values you specify in this panel's fields. Your campaign file will include:

  • Customers' IDs
  • Customers' Names
  • Customers' Phone Numbers
  • Customers' Self-Service Studio unique access URL


You can then use the campaign file through Webio.com and send the Unique URL to your customers.

How to segment your dataset

To segment your dataset and generate a targeted campaign file, navigate to the Generate Campaign file, set the desired criteria ranges, then click 'Generate file'.

You can segment your customers records by defining the desired range of values in the panel's fields:
  1. Customer record created date
  2. Customer record updated date

  1. Next payment date
  2. Last Payment date

  1. Arrears

Upload your campaign file to Webio

Once your file has been generated, you can upload it to Webio as a regular Import Data File and set up your campaign as:

  • Daily Campaign
  • Once Off Campaign
  • Quick Campaign


N.B. If needed, you can also populate your brand new campaign file with additional fields and customers' value before uploading it to the Webio system.
