The Payment Plans panel displays the customers' payment plan requests. You can export a .csv file of the records.
Access customer's payments plans requests history
N.B. you can also access the same information from the View Records panel.
Navigate to the Payment Plans Panel. Here, you have an overview of all your customers' payment plan requests such as:
- Request and payment start date
- Total amount to pay, monthly amount and number of instalments
- Account number and customer ID and name
Click on 'View Details'
to access customer's payment plan request detailed view.
Create/update customer payment plans
Organizations can configure the customers' payment plans by simply populating the pertinent fields when uploading their customer dataset file. When creating a payment plan option you have to specify the number of instalments and the total amount to be paid.
