Overview

Self-Service Studio allows you to configure the settings of your customer portal.

Configure ID&V 

Choose what information the customer has to provide when logging in to their personal area. 

Enable or disable Promise to Pay and Payment Plans Screens in the customer personal area

To enable or disable Promise to Pay and/or Payment Plans screens in the customer personal area, simply navigate to the Settings panel and configure the desired layout. Also you have an option to add a redirection to your privacy policy. The link will be accessible to the customer from their personal area.



Customise customer Self-Service Studio customer portal

Customise the theme and branding of the customer personal area. Upload PNG files of your company logo and personalise the customer portal colour palette. Once these settings are updated, the 'Preview Client Portal' allows your organization to get a preview of what the Customer Self-Service Studio personal area will look like.


Configure a payment gateway

To take a payment through the portal, Webio Self-Service Studio can be connected directly to your existing payment gateway.  This process takes about a month, and includes connecting the gateway to the portal, testing and approval processes, and the Webio team working with you to ensure your gateway functionality. Please contact support@webio.com if you are willing to setup your existing payment gateway.

Configure a webhook URL

Configure from the Other Settings Screen a Webhook. Using a webhook you can configure your endpoint within your database to receive post data. Post Requests update your internal systems and are triggered when an event you are subscribed to, happens. This can be when an user make a payment, select a new payment-plan or make a new promise-to-pay.
