Webio enables you to create a hierarchy of organisations to control access to your conversations. Security and role profiles are configurable at the organisation level, and inherit their defaults from the immediate parent organisation. As a user of a parent organisation you can see the activity of all child organisations, but organisations can't see other organisations at their level or those above them in the hierarchy. Configure your organisations to match your business or process requirements.
