How to enable/disable channels and features

Overview

When you're on an organization's General Settings page, you can enable/disable certain channels and features.

Enable or disable channels and features

  1. To enable or disable:
    1. The SMS channel
    2. The Messenger Channel
    3. The Viber Channel
    4. The Smart Phrases Feature
From the navigation panel on the left-hand side, click SETTINGS.

  1. Select the desired Organization, then click EDIT. 
  2. Scroll down and configure the channels and features depending on your needs.

From here, you can also disable all Webchat URLs associated with your Org.


Please note that this will disable all WebChat URLs associated with your organization (URLs are listed in the Organizations>General>CHANNELS section). Also, note that if the WebChat URL associated with your organization is shared with any other parent/child organization, the changes you make will affect all Organizations that have that URL associated with them. 
  1. To make your changes effective, keep scrolling down and click SAVE.
