How To Enable or Disable Channels And Features For An Organization

 Overview

From the features section of the Organization General Settings page, you can enable/disable certain channels and features for your Orgs or Sub-Orgs.

Enable/Disable Channels and Features

To enable or disable:

  1. SMS channel
  2. Messenger channel
  3. Viber channel
  4. Smart Phrases feature
From the left hand side navigational panel click Settings then select Organization.                                                                                                             
Select the desired Organization, then click 'Edit'. 
Scroll down and configure your Organization Channels and Features.


Keep scrolling down and hit SAVE.

Webchat Widget Shutdown

From the features section, you can also shutdown any Webchat URLs associated with your Org. This will disable all the Webchat URLs appearing in the Channels section of your orgs.

Please note that if an URL is shared with any parent/child organization, the change will affect any organization that has access to that URL. However if the parent organization doesn't have access to a Webchat URL of a child org, the change to that URL needs to be applied from the child Org itself.
