Quick trick: Log in as an Admin, click on Users, click into the specific username, toggle suspend from orange to grey, click Update User

Users that have access to the User area can unsuspend user accounts from their organisation or any of their child organisations.
Step 1
Login to a user account that has access to the User area.
Step 2
Under User List select the required Organisation from within your hierarchy.
Step 3
Click into the relevant user that you wish to unsuspend.
Step 4
Click the suspend toggle from orange (suspended) to grey (not suspended).
Step 5
Click Update User
Users should now be able to login. If a user no longer knows there password this can be reset using the forgotten password link.
