How to activate a Daily Campaign schedule - (Uploading data to a Daily Campaign)

Overview

Once it is configured, the daily campaign will appear on the Webio Campaigns screen. Find it using the search bar then easily upload your contacts' data to activate it.
Idea
Remember! Each time you create a daily campaign, you upload a template file and configure the mapping of your file's field names (column headers) into the Webio system. If necessary, before activating the campaign, you can update (in your file) the values you uploaded against the contact's phone number/customer ID or add additional contact rows as long as you don't change the field names in your file.
Warning
If you add new field names to your template file or edit existing ones, you will need to re-configure the campaign using the EDIT button. 

How to upload data to a Daily Campaign

Click into Campaigns and find your campaign using the search bar.



Expand the campaign's details section (Box with a pencil button) and upload the file or drag and drop it onto the DROP FILE box.
Warning
Make sure the filename matches the expected filename and import times are set to accept data for the time you are dropping the file in. If you drop the file after the import times has expired the campaign schedule/s will not start. If you drop the file during the correct import time but after the end time of the schedule has already passed  the campaign will overrun.


 
Your campaign schedule will now run.
