How to Edit a Bot
Editing a bot allows you to update its behaviour, responses, or integrations to better align with your evolving workflows. Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to the Bots screen, then select Grid View from the top right corner.
- Click the Action button next to the bot you want to edit, then select "Edit" from the menu
After making your changes, click Update Bot to save them. Then, test the bot to ensure it behaves as expected.
How to Delete a Bot
If a bot is no longer needed or has become obsolete, deleting it can help declutter your workspace and reduce unnecessary resource usage. Follow these steps:
Open the Bots screen and ensure Grid View is enabled. Find the bot you want to remove, click the Action button next to it, and select "Delete" from the menu.
The bot will be permanently removed from your workspace and also deleted from any organization it was
shared with. If you're unable to delete a bot, try renaming it first, then attempt the deletion again.
