Suspending and unsuspending users

Suspending and unsuspending users

Quick Trick: Click into Users, click on the username, toggle between suspended and unsuspended, click Update User.

Suspending and unsuspending users can be down by anyone within your Organization that has access to the User area.

Step 1

Click on Users


Step 2 

Select the Organizational Unit from the drop down.  You will be able to select your Organization or any child organizations.

Step 3

Click into the username you want to suspend/unsuspend


Step 4

Click on the toggle to switch Suspended on (orange) or off (grey).

Step 5 

Click Update User

Users will be automatically suspended if they enter an incorrect password more than the maximum you have configured.
